No, you don’t need to clean your house before we arrive. Our team is here to take care of the cleaning for you. However, we do recommend tidying up any personal items or clutter to ensure we can focus on providing the most thorough cleaning possible. During the first cleaning, our team will conduct a thorough deep clean to bring your home up to our high standards. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning all essential areas like kitchens and bathrooms. After the initial cleaning, we’ll follow your customized cleaning plan for regular maintenance (standard cleans).

No, you don’t need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry code, so we can clean while you’re away. However, if you prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine too.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. You can contact us via phone or email to make changes to your booking.

NOTE: Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations made upon our cleaners showing up to your home will incur a fee 50% of the total service cost.
