If you live outside these areas, don’t worry! You can still request a quote, and we may be able to accommodate your location.

Will someone need to visit my home before I recieve a quote?

In some cases, if we feel a home has a unique layout or extensive cleaning requirements, or if its your first time booking with us, we may have our cleaners come out and inspect the property and provide custom quotes tailored to your specific needs. Our team will assess your home and provide a detailed quote based on the size and scope of the cleaning job.

Do you offer additional services?

Yes, we offer additional services! We currently offer oven, refridgerator, and window cleaning as our add-on services. If you’re looking for something else, you may request additonal services in the “message” section of our contact form.

How long does the service take?

This can vary depending on the size of your home. Most cleanings take an average of 2.5 – 3 hours. Request a quote with us today and we can give you an estimated time to clean!

Do I need to clean my house before you guys come?

No, you don’t need to clean your house before we arrive. Our team is here to take care of the cleaning for you. However, we do recommend tidying up any personal items or clutter to ensure we can focus on providing the most thorough cleaning possible. This helps us access all areas that need attention and ensures a more efficient and effective cleaning service.

Are there frequency discounts?

We value our loyal customers, which is why we offer discounts for recurring cleanings. Enjoy savings on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning appointments, making it more affordable to maintain a clean and healthy home.

What should I expect during the first cleaning?

During the first cleaning, our team will conduct a thorough deep clean to bring your home up to our high standards. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning all essential areas like kitchens and bathrooms. After the initial cleaning, we’ll follow your customized cleaning plan for regular maintenance (standard cleans).

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be home while we clean. Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry code, so we can clean while you’re away. However, if you prefer to be home, that’s perfectly fine too.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. You can contact us via phone or email to make changes to your booking.

NOTE: Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations made upon our cleaners showing up to your home will incur a fee 50% of the total service cost.
